WebSurvey@UW - Can't find a User to Add to a Group Account

This document describes an error that may occur when searching for a user that has privacy flagged their information under the FERPA provisions.

If a user has privacy flagged any of their user information under FERPA, then the WebSurvey@UW application will not be able to find them in a search. If you would like to add an individual that has requested this level of privacy, to a group account. The WebSurvey@UW administrators will need to add them manually.

Both the individual and the Group Account Administrator will need to send an email to websurvey-admin@lists.wisc.edu requesting that the individual be added. We will need the NetID of the individual, the NetID of the Group Account administrator and the name of the Group Account.
