This document describes the Survey Design Options
As you design your survey there are additional options that you will need to set to complete the survey. You access these options by clicking on the Options icon
located to the right of the survey in your survey list. The Survey Options window breaks down into the following 8 areas:

Set the desired security level based on a combination of single vs. multiple response, login required vs. anonymous, and updateable vs. not updateable. Detailed descriptions of each security level are given on the options page pictured below.

Survey completion properties determine what your survey taker will experience, when they have completed taking your survey.

Completion Action Options:
Button Options:
Send Responses To – enter the email addresses where you want the responses emailed. Leave blank if the responses should not be emailed.
Determine how your survey takers navigate throughout the survey.

When a user responds to a survey, you may save data stored in session, cookies, or in the querystring, and have this data associated with each individual response. The Type field is the source of the hidden data, the Key field is the key within the session, cookie, or querystring used to extract the data, and the Display Name field is how the data captured will be displayed in the reports.

These options set the page and question numbering formats.

These values cannot be changed and are provided for your information only.

The “Owner” is the Group Account name and the “Admin Email” is for the Group Account administrator.
