WebSurvey@UW - Creating a Library


This document describes how to create an item library.

To Create a Library:

  1. Click on the Libraries icon libraries icon in the tool bar. You will be taken to the Libraries screen where the libraries that you have created and all publicly available libraries will be listed.
  2. Click on the Create New Library button create new library button in the upper right hand corner of the window. You will be taken to the “Create New Library” screen.

  4. Add the Library title.
  5. Select Active ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ from the drop down menu.
  6. Select Public ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ from the drop down menu. If you select yes, all questions in this library will be available to all WebSurvey@UW users.
  7. Click on the Save button save button

You will now see the “Modify Library” screen for the library you just created.

Once you have created the library, you can access it from the Libraries window.

You can update the library by clicking on the icons to the right.
