This document explains how to connect to your My WebSpace account.
The URL for My WebSpace is http://mywebspace.wisc.edu.The easiest way to connect to the My WebSpace server is through one of the recommended browsers listed in WiscMail / WiscMail Plus / WiscCal / My UW-Madison / My WebSpace - Recommended Browsers. The My WebSpace server provides a simple and easy-to-use interface for uploading and downloading files. You also have options for managing your account settings, sharing files and publishing Web pages.
The My WebSpace server also uses a protocol known as WebDAV. You can connect to the My WebSpace server using any WebDAV client that supports the HTTPS protocol. WebDAV is a function of the OS. The My WebSpace application works well with the WebDAV interfaces in MS Windows, Mac OS X and Unix.
