This document explains how to create and manage bookmarks to files and directories.
Bookmarks are shortcut links to directories within your My WebSpace account. Using Bookmarks, you can
conveniently create shortcuts to your most frequently accessed directories. You can also
create shortcuts to other users' directories you have been allowed to access.
Your bookmarks are located below your user name in the upper left-hand corner and initially shows your home directory path and the Group Directories link.
You must have "read" access on a directory in order to bookmark it. Once you bookmark a directory, it appears in your list of bookmarks every time you login. The name that appears is the name of the bookmark but you may view the entire path of the bookmarked directory by mousing-over the bookmark's name.
To bookmark a directory:

Your bookmarked directory, whether your own directory or a properly permissioned directory* of another user, will display under My Bookmarks during every future My WebSpace session.
To edit a bookmark:
