Learnosity is reporting issues with retrieving newly created content
Outage Description
Learnosity is reporting issues with retrieving newly created content. This affects Atomic Assessments as it is built on top of Learnosity.
Any newly created or dynamically created content may return a 500 error when you preview it as an instructor or if a student takes the assessment.
Impact to Users
Instructors will not be able to preview any new assessments and students may not be able to take any newly created assessments.
Workarounds
There are no known workarounds at this time.
Resolved
As of 10:00 AM, the vendor reports that the outage is resolved and normal functioning of the assessments has been restored.
